Dear Kelly
I'm writing to express my deep appreciation for you and the work you do. Thank you for creating this sacred on line space for us to continue to dialogue, connect and move through the healing process.

You have a gift for creating and holding space for deep healing to occur. With your delicate sensitivity and loving guidance I was able to travel to my core and unravel the blocks. Thank you for for holding me in such a safe and nurturing space. Thank you for the tools and inspiration I now have to go in and do the work on my own. I no longer panic when I begin to experience unpleasant emotion. When I'm feeling off balance and out of sorts I find space to be alone. I allow myself to feel the emotion. I allow the experience of the emotion to fill me. When I'm fully feeling it I can look at, I can see it playing out on my inner screen and I can release it. How long it takes may vary.

There are times when I need a little extra help. Thank you for being there for that. And, thank you again for creating this on line opportunity to connect with other and for your commitment and dedication as a healer.

In love and gratitude,
L.

Hi John. You are not alone in this circumstance. I like to think of relationships as our energetic environment. And if my spiritual and emotional health is my #1 priority in life, I want to ensure my energetic environments are going to supply me with nourishment and provide plenty of room for new growth. Much like a plant that needs to be transplanted when it is root bound, relationships sometimes need to change form to support your expansion. Letting go of relationships that no longer serve you is a good practice of non-attachment when you can sift through your wound based cords. As you heal and broaden your frequency, new people will come into your life that reflect your wholeness, and current relationships will either become more harmonious or end. This is the natural process of growth. Congratulations on your commitment to your health and happiness!

I've been using the release breath tools and experiencing some welcome successes and relief from my depression. Little by little, my inner life seems to be better but my partner isn't interested in the same path. It seems that the better I feel, the more irritated she becomes. We're not getting along and I don't know how to better our relationship when she's not owning up to her own wounds. I love her but I don't know if we can stay together. Anyone out there dealing with this?
