Depression

Birds of a Feather

The tools that are taught through Liquid Mirror are being used by more and more individuals as we collectively realize that excessive suffering is not a necessary part of life. All suffering stems from fear and resistance and now there are tools available to us to source and release our fears. With old fears gone, a universe of play is birthed into your life. Releasing fear is like creating a white canvas and supplies you with infinite creativity and colors to paint your passions with the most feeling and expression. Underneath each unconscious stored fear, there is more love and wholeness to experience. This is why more and more people are attracted to using Liquid Mirror Tools.

I have noticed that the people who are attracted to using Liquid Mirror Tools are of like vibration. In that sense, we are a family, which is why Liquid Mirror Support groups are forming in towns throughout California. So, I thought it would be nice for everyone using the tools to have a support network on line. This blog is designed to provide that support through conversations and free guidance. Please feel free to share your progress and ask your questions here. If you have thoughts or advice on others’ comments, we invite you to share them. Supporting each other’s passions is what building community is all about!

A New Relationship with Fear

by admin on Apr.02, 2009, under Anxiety, Counseling, Depression, Fear, Stress

Economic downturn, job uncertainty, global warming, over population, 2012 prophesies, Armageddon conspiracies…. There is bad news at the headline of almost every newspaper: “The news is bad and it just gets worse!”

These are the times for us to confront our insecurities. With everyone’s basal fears being triggered simultaneously, we have an extreme opportunity to dig out our unconscious fears, let them go, and step into our own personal power. Your leadership role is standing there in front of you like a suit for you to step into. You won’t fit into your leader suit with your fears and your suit has waited long enough.

I certainly waited long enough to put on my suit. I have had a phobia of public speaking my entire life, but somehow always end up speaking in front of people. Now that I have a message and a gift to share that I am deeply passionate about, my fears and insecurities have to go. There isn’t enough room for both. I finally discovered that holding on to my fear kept me from enjoying the ride. On the other side of my fear is exhilaration and the most profound exchange of love that completes me more each time I have a speaking engagement. It never fails. Every time I heal a fear, I gain a gift. What is your relationship to fear?
