My regular job is at an Emergency Shelter for domestic homeless refugees here in Sacramento. Today at our Sabbath General Assembly I spoke about BEING in the HERE NOW of connected reality with the pure love in our hearts. Loving ourselves, forgiving ourselves and truly accepting ourselves just as we are without harsh judgments is key for our self-esteem. We should love ourselves, cherish ourselves and be kind to one another, especially in these trouble times and simply as a way of being. We are human beings striving to be more and more humane, not human doings riddled with fears, confusions and contradictions. Love is the supreme way for spiritual growth!
